Returns and Exchanges


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or just changed your mind for some reason please do not hesitate to contact us via email or phone and request to return it. 

You will be responsible for covering the postage & packaging to ship the item back to us so if possible, I would suggest you keep the original packaging the item was delivered in and ship it back in that same packaging as long as it is in good enough condition to be used for shipping. Once we receive the item we will issue your refund.



We strive to make sure every one of our customers are satisfied with your shopping experience here at so for example, if you've purchase an item such as a t-shirt and would like to exchange it for a different size or a different t-shirt that's available then we are happy to exchange it for you. All you have to do is contact us via email or phone and request an exchange. You will be responsible for covering the postage & packaging to ship the t-shirt back to us so if possible, I would suggest you use a poly mailer or bubble mailer to ship your shirt(s) back to us. You should be able to find both types of mailers at your local post office or any office supply store. Once we receive the t-shirt, we will fulfill your exchange and ship it to you in brand new packaging. Exchanges may take up to 7-10 days to be shipped after we receive and fulfill the exchange.


Return/Exchange condition:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please make sure the item(s) have NOT been worn, used, or damaged after receiving the item. If your return/exchange does not meet these guidelines, your item will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your shirt back to you so please make sure you follow our guidelines.


Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


Return/Exchange Shipping:

To return/exchange your item(s), you should repackage and mail it to:

Again, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are requesting an exchange, simply email us with your exchange details and ship your item back to the return address above. Once we receive your returned item, we will then submit an order for your exchange. Please allow up to 3-5 business days (after we have confirmed we received your return) for your exchange to fulfilled and shipped to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Incorrect/Invalid Shipping Address

If the shipping address you initially provide for your order to be shipped to you is incorrect or invalid (non-mailable) and is returned to Skylarstyle due to either of those reasons, then YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for paying the cost for us to re-ship the order (package) to your correct (valid) shipping address. Minimum re-ship fee is $5.00.
